Once upon a time, there was a boy named Peter Pan. Peter was a special boy because he could fly, and he could talk to animals. He was great at sword fighting, too. He never got older; always stayed as a young boy.

Peter Pan was always happy because he lived on a magical island called Neverland. It was a very special place. It had beautiful mountains, sandy beaches, and green forests.

There were a lot of animals in Neverland. And there were mermaids, too! But the best thing about Neverland was that kids never grew up there. Peter Pan had lived there for more than 100 years, but he was still a boy.

In Neverland, there were many adventures. And there were dangerous pirates, too. The leader of the pirates was Captain Hook. He lived on a pirate ship. He had one hand, and one big hook.

Captain Hook was Peter Pan’s enemy, and they had fought many battles. One time, Peter and Captain Hook had a big fight. In the end, Captain Hook fell into the sea, and crocodiles had eaten his hand.

Peter often visited London at night because the Darling children lived there. Peter loved to watch the Darling children play. There were two boys and three girls. They were very happy.

One day, Peter taught the Darling children how to fly. He brought them to Neverland. They played all day, and they had a lot of adventures. That night, Peter read stories to them until they went to sleep.

The next day, the pirates captured one of the Darling children! They took her to Captain Hook. He knew that Peter Pan would come to save her. He told his pirates to get ready for a big battle!

Peter went to the pirate ship to save the girl. He found Captain Hook, and they had a big fight! In the end, Peter beat Captain Hook. But the Darling children had to go home. That made Peter sad. He began to cry.

The girl said to Peter Pan “If you are unhappy, you cannot fly. If you are happy you can fly and You can visit us in London.” Then, everyone was happy again. Peter Pan and the Darling children were friends for a very long time!
