Once upon a time, there was a mother. She had a happy and peaceful baby. One day, while the baby was sleeping, the mother took a nap, too. When the mother woke up, the baby was crying and angry. The mother ran to the kitchen. She made soup for her baby.

After the baby ate, he was still angry. The mother asked, “Do you want to play outside?” The baby became angrier. He cried, and he broke things. So, the mother gave him more food. The mother fed the baby again and again. Soon, there was no more food in the house, but the baby was still hungry.

The next day, the baby was still angry. The mother asked a witch for help. The witch asked the baby, “Are you an evil elf?” The baby became very angry, and he broke things. The witch said to the mother, “This is not your baby. I think elves took your baby, and this is a young elf. You must trick the young elf. If he speaks, the elves will bring your baby back.”

The mother went shopping. Then, she went home. She put the angry baby in the bedroom, and she went to the kitchen. The baby cried, but the mother did not come into the bedroom. The baby crawled into the kitchen. He saw the mother cooking. She was breaking pieces of fish, and she was cooking the fish inside broken eggshells. The baby began to laugh!

The baby said, “I have been alive for 800 years, but I have never seen fish cooked in eggshells before!” Suddenly, he covered his mouth. He had been tricked! Soon, elves came into the kitchen. They brought the baby back, and they took the young elf away. After that, the mother and her baby were happy again.
