One morning, a Farmer went into his garden. But some of his corn was gone! Then, the Farmer saw a Monkey in a tree. The Monkey was eating the Farmer’s corn.

The Farmer said, “I will make a trap for that Monkey.” That night, the Farmer made a scarecrow. He put the scarecrow in his garden.

Of course, Monkeys are clever; a scarecrow will not scare a Monkey. But the Farmer knew that Monkeys are also curious.

The Farmer covered the scarecrow with very sticky wax. Then, the Farmer went to sleep.
