Once upon a time, there was a group of students. They were all good friends, but they were very poor.

One day, one of the students, named Pedro, had an idea for getting some money for him and his friends.

Pedro gathered his friends. He said, “Let’s go to the place in the road where it runs through the forest. If we go there, I am sure that money will come our way.”

The students waited for a while. Soon, a merchant rode by with 10 mules behind him. Pedro said, “When I am finished, grab the last mule.”

Pedro quietly untied the mule, and he took off the mule’s saddle. Then, he tied himself to the line of mules in front of him, and he put on the saddle!
