Once, there was a big, scary tiger. He lived in the forest near a small town. Sometimes, he went into the town to find food. One day, he went into the town. He was looking for a person to eat, but the people were hiding.

Then, he saw an open window, and he heard a baby crying. The baby was very loud. The tiger thought, “The people will be happy if I eat this loud baby.” Then, the tiger heard the baby’s mother. The mother said, “If you keep crying, a fox will come and take you away.” But the baby kept crying.

Then, the mother said, “If you keep crying, a bear will come and take you away.” But the baby kept crying. The tiger thought the baby was very brave. Then, the mother said, “If you keep crying, the tiger will come and take you away.” The baby kept crying. The tiger thought, “I will teach the baby to fear me!”
