Long ago on a beautiful spring morning, a woman was walking on a path. There, she saw a little pea rolling on the ground. She said, “This is my lucky day!”

The woman picked up the pea and ate it. A few months later, she gave birth to a baby boy. She called the boy Little Rolling-Pea. He grew up to be very smart and strong.

When Little Rolling-Pea was a young man, he went looking for adventures. On the road, he met two heroes. Their names were Overturn Hill and Overturn Oak.

The three heroes traveled together. They went to a city. The king of the city said, “Three dragons trouble us. Can you heroes save this city from the dragons?”

The three men went to fight the dragons. The first dragon had six heads. The three men fought the dragon, and they won! Little Rolling-Pea cut out the dragon’s tongues.

The next dragon had seven heads. Again, the three men fought the dragon, and they won! Again, Little Rolling-Pea cut out the dragon’s tongues.

Finally, a nine-headed dragon appeared. The men were tired, but they fought hard. Eventually, they beat the dragon, and Little Rolling-Pea cut out the dragon’s tongues.
