The Old Man began to cry. He was not hurt, but he had fallen all the way down Three Years Hill! The Old Man had only three more years to live. He went home, and he felt so bad.

The Old Man was very worried. Each day, he worried more and more. Soon, he began worrying all the time. One day, a Boy came to visit the Old Man.

The Boy asked, “Why are you worried?” The Old Man said, “I fell down Three Years Hill. I can only live for three more years.” Then, the Boy said, “Try and see what happens if you fall down the hill again.”
