Once upon a time, there was a rich man. He was very kind. One day, the rich man saw a very poor man. The rich man looked at the poor man’s ragged clothes. The rich man said, “You can have my clothes. Then, you will be warm. And you can have my purse. Then, you can eat.”

The poor man took the rich man’s clothes. The poor man said, “Thank you.” And the rich man wore the poor man’s clothes. The rich man went to a town. He was hungry, so he stopped at an inn. He did not have money, so he asked the innkeeper, “May I have some food? I will pay you tomorrow.”

The innkeeper looked at the man’s clothes. The innkeeper said, “Go away!” The next day, the man went to the inn again. This time, he was wearing is finest clothes. He went to the innkeeper. He asked, “May I have some food?”

The innkeeper looked at the man’s clothes. Then, he made a very good lunch for the man. And all of the servants took care of the man. The innkeeper put the food on the table, and the man ate a lot.

Then, the man put food in his hat. He said, “Eat, hat. Eat!” He put food in his jacket. He said, “Eat, jacket. Eat!” The innkeeper asked the man, “Why are you giving food to your clothes?” The rich man said, “Yesterday, I came here in rags, and you threw stones at me. Today, I am wearing fine clothes. So, you must have cooked this food for my clothes.”
